Process features: welding or lamination riveting forming, fast and efficient
The stacked cores is usually made of high magnetic permeability 1J85 material. This material is known for its high magnetic permeability and low residual magnetism, which gives the laminated iron core significant advantages in the application of various electromagnetic components.
1J85 material has the characteristics of low residual magnetism. Low residual magnetism means that the material can quickly return to a non-magnetic state during magnetization and demagnetization, thereby reducing hysteresis losses and improving the efficiency and stability of electromagnetic components. This characteristic is particularly important for applications that require frequent magnetization and demagnetization, such as leakage protectors.
The design of the stacked cores also takes into account the heat dissipation and mechanical strength of the electromagnetic components. The lamination design not only helps optimize the magnetic circuit, but also improves the heat dissipation performance of the core and prevents overheating. At the same time, precise processing and high-quality material selection give the core good mechanical strength and can withstand the mechanical stress and vibration that electromagnetic components may encounter during operation.
