    Low Noise & Eco-Friendly

Integrated structure design reduces operation noise by 5-10dB compared with traditional stacked iron cores.

    High Customization

Tailored manufacturing to meet diverse customer specifications and requirements.

    Process Features

CNC wire cutting with precise opening sizes. Center line passes through inner circle. Residual magnetism < 5GS after annealing.

The winding notched core must be annealed after processing. The purpose of annealing is to eliminate the internal stress generated during processing, thereby reducing the residual magnetism of the core. After annealing treatment, the residual magnetism of the iron core can be reduced to less than 5 Gauss (in the range of 0~2000 Gauss), which significantly improves the magnetic properties and stability of the iron core. Low residual magnetism means that the magnetic core can better maintain its magnetic properties in practical applications, reduce hysteresis losses, and improve the efficiency of electromagnetic components.

The application of winding notched cores in electromagnetic components has significant advantages. Its precise processing technology, low residual magnetism and excellent mechanical properties make it an ideal choice for electromagnetic components such as small and medium-sized transformers, mutual inductors, magnetic amplifiers, and leakage protectors. These features not only improve the performance and reliability of electromagnetic components, but also extend their service life.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is the primary material used for the wound-type annular cut iron core?
The core is manufactured using a high permeability permalloy soft tape material, such as 1J85, which provides excellent magnetic performance and low loss.
How does a wound core compare to a stacked iron core in terms of efficiency?
Wound cores are highly efficient and energy-saving. Compared to stacked iron cores, the no-load loss is reduced by 7%-10%, and the no-load current is reduced by 50%-75%.
Why is the annealing process necessary after processing the iron core?
Annealing is essential to eliminate internal stress generated during processing. This reduces the residual magnetism of the iron core to less than 5 Gauss, which significantly improves magnetic properties, stability, and efficiency while reducing hysteresis losses.
What are the main application fields for these iron cores?
They are commonly used in electromagnetic components such as small and medium-sized transformers, mutual inductors, magnetic amplifiers, and leakage protectors.
What are the noise level benefits of using these cores?
Due to their integrated structure, the wound cores reduce noise by 5-10dB compared to traditional stacked iron cores, offering a quieter and more environmentally friendly operation.
Are custom specifications available for these products?
Yes, we offer a high degree of customization. Various specifications and dimensions can be customized to meet the specific requirements of our customers.
