    CNC wire cutting, precise opening size. The center line of the incision passes through the center of the inner circle. After annealing, the residual magnetism is less than 5GS (0~2000GS).

The purpose of annealing is to eliminate the internal stress generated during processing, thereby reducing the residual magnetism of the core. After annealing treatment, the residual magnetism of the iron core can be reduced to less than 5 Gauss (in the range of 0~2000 Gauss), which significantly improves the magnetic properties and stability of the iron core. Low residual magnetism means that the magnetic core can better maintain its magnetic properties in practical applications, reduce hysteresis losses, and improve the efficiency of electromagnetic components.
